The airport is positioned as a gateway to Houston and the Energy Corridor, and is the newest business aviation airport in the country. The business and commercial industry benefit from the airport's location with access to air, on-site rail and interstate transportation. The Henriksen Jet Center, designed by Hill Meyers Architects, is scheduled for completion in 2008.
