BASF -- The Chemical Company and Major League Baseball (MLB) displayed two completely different styles during their All-Star celebrations in July--and BASF's presentation of its All-Star termite technician team made much more of an impact.

Unlike the coverage on ESPN, which made the All-Star game all about the commentators (Dusty Baker, Chris Berman and Joe Morgan), BASF's celebration of 16 termite technicians kept the focus where it should be--on the honorees themselves.
