ACQUISITIONS
ProfileBuilder L.L.C., a Birmingham-based online identity management service, announced it plans to acquire zingfu.com, a Milwaukee-based social network resource site. Zingfu.com will remain a fully-functioning site under the management of ProfileBuilder. Terms were not disclosed. ProfileBuilder also announced a partnership with mebeam.com, of Sydney, Australia, to allow ProfileBuilder members to use mebeam.com's Web-based videoconferencing service.
