Oct 18, 2007 (The Age - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A man from New Zealand has had a legal victory over online retailer Amazon.com. Peter Calveley, 37, decided that Amazon did not have the right to claim that it invented the "one click" online shopping system. One of his hobbies is researching US patents. Calveley researched the patents and found that a similar "DigiCash" payments system was used by another group in the early 1990s.
