WAR HORSE by Michael Morpurgo Royal National Theatre
FOR a really good, satisfying seasonal weep you should buy tickets to the RoyalNational Theatre's big new show, War Horse.
As Christmas outings go it may be a little on the upsetting side - it tells thestory of horses on the front line in the First World War - but it contains someof the best puppetry I have seen.
The story is also marvellously sentimental.
Michael Morpurgo wrote the 1982 novel from which this play is adapted. Thatshould tell you enough.
