East Derry DUP MLA Gregory Campbell has said that his party did not agree to Irish language legislation during the negotiations prior to the St. Andrew's Agreement.
Mr Campbell made the remark after his party leader, First Minister Ian Paisley, said that he was not consulted about the proposed legislation during the talks in Scotland last year.
The DUP Assembly member said that he did believe that the controversial legislation would be passed.
