Anger can work like a toxin in your body. Hostile feelings are apt to harm your health. These are the findings of Dr. Redford Williams, professor of psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center. After spending more than 20 years studying the impact of the mind and emotions on health, he concludes that hostility, in the long run, is a threat to health.
