Alliance & Leicester has recruited Mark Blackwell as director of intermediary sales.
Mr Blackwell will joining the group in the New Year, taking responsibility for mortgage sales through brokers, and managing the entire sales, distribution and operational areas.
Mr Blackwell, 42, joins from Cheltenham & Gloucester where he is currently acting intermediary sales director.
