Byline: AIC identifies tax-free dividends as a major drawcard
Tax-free dividends and mature portfolios are key attractions for venture capital trust managers' involvement in the secondary market, according to the Association of Investment Companies.
Some 95 per cent of respondents in the AIC survey said the development of a VCT secondary market was an important issue for the sector, with nearly half of these taking the view that an effective secondary market could be developed within the next five years.
