POLICE have launched a murder investigation after a badly burnt woman's body was found in a field near Thame.
At a press conference yesterday (Sunday) police gave more details regarding the body found near Milton Common on Friday afternoon.
A/Det Supt Rob Mason, leading the murder investigation, said police were called by a farm worker at 2pm on Friday reporting a body had been discovered in a field off Rycote Lane in Milton Common. The body had been badly burnt.
