LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Three "culturally creative" chefs have been named winners in The Noilly Prat "Ambassador of Flavor" Chef's Recipe Contest. The contest was designed to inspire original ethnic recipes using Noilly Prat French Vermouth, and it was open to professional chefs across the United States.
Chef John C D Bruno of the Pen & Pencil Restaurant in New York City received winning accolades for his Cowboy T-bone Steak with Chuckwagon Beans which the judges deemed to be a delightful example of American/Italian/Southwest/French cuisine. John apprenticed at the "21" and Colony Club in New York City.
