LIFE in Bearsden's becoming increasingly wild, if this Herald reader's photograph of a sparrowhawk is anything to go by.
The stunning bird of prey was captured on camera last week taking time out on some garden furniture shortly after killing a pigeon.
The picture was e-mailed to the Herald by David Carmichael, who said: "My wife photographed this bird of prey after it attacked and killed a wood pigeon on our porch in Killermont Road last week. Pigeon lovers might want to keep their eyes open."
