TAMPA, Fla., June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Smart Card Forum announces the formation of a new committee to address emerging legal and public policy issues which may have impact on the future development of smart cards as well as associated applications. The new committee will include both business managers and participating attorneys from member companies of The Forum.
The purpose of the committee will be to impart a greater understanding of these issues to the membership and to provide advice and counsel to The Smart Card Forum Board.
