Who is a leader?
A leader is a person who guides rather than domineers, who inspires rather than demands, and who leads rather than drives.
This leader must know human nature. He must identify AMBITIONS that can be stirred, PRIDE that can be hurt, HOPES that can be realized, and NERVES that can be shattered.
The leader must strive for the worker's SECURITY, OPPORTUNITY, RECOGNITION, and a sense of BELONGING. ...
