NEW YORK -- American Home Food Products (OTCBB:AHFP), announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Artisanal Cheese, LLC has entered into an agreement with world-renowned cheese expert and author, Max McCalman, to serve as Dean of Curriculum of Artisanal. In his new role, Mr. McCalman will be responsible for overseeing the Company's selection of cheeses from around the world and the company-wide training of personnel and customers that resell the Artisanal line into foodservice and retail outlets.
