RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BRMALLS Participacoes S.A., (Bovespa: BRML3), the largest integrated shopping mall company in Brazil, announces a partnership with Cyrela Chile Empreendimentos Imobiliarios Ltda. e Guararapes Confeccoes S/A in the development of a new expansion in NorteShopping. The project is already approved by the local City Hall.
With the abovementioned expansion, NorteShopping will increase its GCA (Gross Commercial Area) by 6,464 m squared totaling 104,823 m squared. BRMALLS will increase its owned GLA (Gross Leasable Area) by 2,199 m squared.
