Americans love peanut butter. We eat more than 700 million pounds per year, says the National Peanut Board.
Choosing a peanut butter used to mean picking between creamy or crunchy. Today, some of us stick with low-fat varieties, and some of us go with only organic. Now there are other choices: an even lower-fat powdered peanut butter and a peanut-free soynut butter.
