OVER the past seven years, more than pounds 170m has been invested in Gwynedd as a result of European funding support for over 100 projects.
This article celebrates the Gwynedd Economic Partnership's success over this period, and highlights the action now being taken to secure a prosperous future for Gwynedd.
When the European Objective 1 programme was first announced in the late 1990s, economic forecasters predicted a significant impact on communities here in Gwynedd. Looking back now, it's clear that those expectations have been met, with the Gwynedd Economic Partnership proving to be one of the most successful partnerships in Wales.
