In our profession as educators (teachers-coaches) we have come in contact with many different people from many walks of life. Some of them are good for us, and we learn good things from them. Others may be bad for us, meaning that they have ulterior motives.

We also learn what not to do from those people, and that means not always striving to do the right thing, no matter how it affects people.
At the end of the day, we can look ourselves in the mirror and believe we have made the best decisions for the people who counted. We do not look for medals or accolades. We do it because it feels good to help a child or a student ...
