Hungarian listed property developer BIF sells Budapest office building, plot for HUF 324 mln

BUDAPEST. OCTOBER 24. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Listed Hungarian real estate development company Budapesti Ingatlan Hasznositasi es Fejlesztesi Nyrt (BIF) has sold three of its properties in Hungary's capital city Budapest for HUF 324 mln including VAT, the company said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.

"BIF hereby notifies its shareholders that it has sold its properties at 1-2 Zombori street and 30 Gyali road, for HUF 270 mln plus VAT," the statement said.
