Israeli property co. SL Group to complete 1st phase of Hungarian EUR 40 mln project by end-'07
BUDAPEST. OCTOBER 24. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Israel-based real estate company SL Group is planning to complete the first phase of its EUR 40 mln residential property project in Hungarian capital Budapest earlier than expected, before the end of 2007, an SL Group official told Interfax in a telephone interview on Wednesday.
"The first phase of Narancsliget ['Orange Grove'] will be completed by the end of this year, before the planned completion in September 2008," SL Group Sales Director Andras Kigyosi said.
