Mark owns a Worcester hairstyling salon. He and one full-time stylist, Steve, cut, color and curl the hair of a steady stream of customers - mostly female.

Both Mark and Steve have health insurance coverage, which is paid for by the business. The yearly premium for the two of them is $17,000 a year.
