Mark owns a Worcester hairstyling salon. He and one full-time stylist, Steve, cut, color and curl the hair of a steady stream of customers - mostly female.
Both Mark and Steve have health insurance coverage, which is paid for by the business. The yearly premium for the two of them is $17,000 a year.
That's a lot of $17 hair sets, $18 cuts and $40 color jobs.
Still, both men were grateful for the coverage when the two were involved in an accident that smashed up Mark's car and left both of them with various injuries.
