CENTER LINE, Mich., Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- More than $40,000 was raised to fund cancer research and treatment at the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit with the 9th Annual Binson's Home Health Care Centers Chili Cook-Off. To date, Binson's Chili Cook-off has helped raise more than $215,000 for the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
