According to anba: Exports from the midwestern Brazilian state of Mato Grosso totalled US$ 3.74 billion from January to September 2007. The value is 12.3% higher than that of the same period of 2006, but lower than the growth rate of national exports, which increased by 15%. The state's trade balance surplus reached US$ 3.21 billion from January to September, 5.4% more than in the same period of last year.
