Two weeks of waiting - to get back on the field, to erase the memory of a loss - will end for the Ducks this afternoon.
Fresh off a bye week, having jumped five spots in the polls despite not playing, No. 9 Oregon takes on unranked Washington State today at 12:30 p.m. in Autzen Stadium.
Sure, the layoff helped the Ducks heal up some bumps and bruises. But for most of the team, kickoff today can't come fast enough.
The Ducks are 4-1 overall and 1-1 in the Pac-10, having lost 31-24 to California two weeks ago.
