A stroll along one of the world's greatest man made structures sounds like a comfortable holiday; a Hundon couple proved it wasn't that simple.
The former landlord and lady of Hundon Plough have returned from a remarkable trip to the Great Wall of China.
David and Marion Rowlinson have raised thousands of pounds for St Nicholas Hospice from the trek, but are busy planning more events to lift that total to [pounds sterling]5,500.
Prior to the trip David and Marion had spent a lot of time training at Haverhill Leisure Centre and David said it proved vital in tackling the steep climbs and slippery descents that the wall has.
