Hockey team suffer Dereham reverse for second time this season
League Prem A
Dereham 2 Bedford 0
Having been knocked out of the cup by Dereham in September, Bedford were out for revenge when they travelled to Norfolk on Saturday.
However, with several key players away or injured it was always going to be a tough ask.
Despite this Bedford proceeded to play some lovely passing hockey and created a number of opportunities which they failed to take.
Dereham showed little control or attacking endeavour and it was hard to believe it was the same team which defeated Bedford 5-1 at home in the cup.
