WHILE THE FLAVOR WAS distinctly international with exhibitors from 34 countries, the common language of organic and natural foods was spoken at SIAL Montreal 2007 March 28-30. The exhibits ranged from fancy nuts, cheeses and sauces to organic maple flakes.

A number of U.S. food companies were on hand looking to gain wider distribution for their products, and international firms attended in hopes of gaining ground in North America.
