Court Issues Decision In Dansko, Sanita Case
The recent dispute between West Grove, Pa.-based Dansko and Denmark-based Sanita A/S over contractual agreements related to the production of stapled flexible clogs has been decided by a Danish court. According to a statement by Sanita, the court ruled in favor of the termination of its private-label manufacturing license with Dansko. The contract was due to expire at year's end.
