Carnegie's (STO:CAR) Nomination Committee has today submitted the following proposal for the planned extraordinary general meeting.
For Carnegie's Board of Directors, the Nomination Committee has proposed the re-election of Mai-Lill Ibsen, and has newly nominated Anders Fallman, Jan Kvarnstrom, Bjorn C Andersson, Catharina Lagerstam, Magnus Lindquist and Patrik Tigerschiold.
The Nomination Committee has proposed Anders Fallman as Chairman of the Board and Jan Kvarnstrom as vice chairman.
