PRESS: Czech/Slovak investment group J&T acquires electro -technology maker Serw
PRAGUE. OCTOBER 29. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Czech/Slovak investment group J&T acquired the Czech electricity switching and distribution technology manufacturer Serw for an undisclosed price, the Czech daily MF Dnes reported Monday.
"J&T did not want to comment on the purchase price of the transaction [...], but according to estimates based on the firm's earnings before taxes, interests, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) the price could have been some CZK 200-300 mln," the daily said.
