The agile management of large stores of client information leads to improved interaction between customers and call centre or other frontline staff. Among the providers in the segment is data warehousing firm Teradata, which has struck alliances with telco Singtel Optus and carrier Qantas Airways, as well as developing new solutions with analytics software producer SAS.
