HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1995--Affiliates of NGC Corporation, NICOR Inc., Pacific Enterprises and National Fuel have formed Enerchange L.L.C., to develop, administer and operate natural gas market-area hubs.

The new entity will also develop and promote an electronic trading system and act as a market maker for its hub locations.

Enerchange succeeds, and expands the services previously offered by, NGC affiliate Hub Services, Inc. (HSI). National Fuel's participation is contingent upon Securities and Exchange Commission approval.
