Industry Veteran to Spearhead New Product Development, Lead Data Center Automation Software Company into Enterprise Market

FREMONT, Calif., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Evergrid, Inc., a provider of global data center automation software, today announced that Fred van den Bosch, a current member of Evergrid's board of directors, will become the company's Chief Executive Officer beginning November 1, 2007. Van den Bosch was formerly CEO of PANTA Systems, a provider of large-scale data warehouse appliances, and executive vice president and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at VERITAS Software.
