MAYOR of Ballymena, Councillor Maurice Mills, will officially launch the Ballymena Branch of the Royal British Legion's annual Poppy Appeal this Saturday, November 3.
The launch will take place at the Poppy Shop, at Ballymena Services Club, with the appeal running until November 12.
The Poppy Shop will be open for purchase of Poppies, Wreaths and other Poppy Appeal items. Static collection points will be situated in The Tower Centre and The Fairhill Centre. The Ballymena Poppy Shop can be contacted by phone on either 07900 570524 or 07765 336963
Street collections will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 9-10, throughout the town. ...
