Blaine quarterback James Peterson left the field with the game ball Tuesday at Coon Rapids. He also left with the biggest victory of his career.
"So far," the 6-2, 190-pound junior said. "Until next week."
Next week actually is this weekend, but the point is that the underdog Bengals, who came in with a 2-6 record, still are playing. They pulled off a 28-12 victory that ended Coon Rapids' season at 5-4.
