"Tangy Tart Hot & Sweet" is the name of Padma Lakshmi's new book, but it's a pretty good description of the Clark University alum as well.
A native of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, Padma is an actress, cookbook author and international supermodel who is fluent in five languages. In May, she was named one of People Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People. And as the host and judge of Bravo TV's cable reality show "Top Chef," she can make the most finicky eater oblige her.
