--USD 45,500,000 series 2B-1 affirm at 'AAA';
--EUR 25,000,000 series B-2 affirm at 'AAA';
--JPY 500,000,000 series 2B-2 affirm at 'AAA';
--USD 5,000,000 series B-3 Notes affirm at 'AAA';
--USD 3,000,000 series C upgrade to 'AA+' from 'AA';
