I read [your] article and found it very interesting. But an MD who uses high phytonutrient food for healing keeps [telling me] to keep all sodium intake low to prevent from getting high blood pressure eventually. Is there some proof I can show him to the contrary ? I like the BioForce Swiss Sea Salt with herbs.
