BOSTON, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim O'Connell and Tom Foley of O'Connell Hospitality Group, LLC represented Lodging North, Inc., the owners of the Doubletree Hotel, Burlington, VT and introduced the Buyers, Rich-Burlington Hotel, LLC, an affiliate of Richfield Hospitality, to the project.
The project includes the 163 rooms including thirty-two suites, 9,000 square feet of conference space and the 125 seat "Trader Dukes" restaurant.
