BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1995--Findings from recent focus groups indicate that leisure travelers utilize travel agents for the following primary reasons: convenience and ease, arrangement of an entire trip, ability to find the best deals, knowledgeability, friendliness and free service.
