PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 1995--PeopleSoft Inc. (NASDAQ:PSFT) today announced that it has entered into a software development and distribution agreement to license advanced, real-time manufacturing planning, scheduling, and optimization technology from Red Pepper Software Company.
The Red Pepper technology will become a core component of PeopleSoft's Manufacturing and Distribution software products which were announced in May of this year.
Under the agreement, PeopleSoft has licensed and will embed Red Pepper's real-time planning, scheduling, and optimization technology as the core planning engine within the PeopleSoft Manufacturing and ...
