NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Informed Medical Communications (IMC), an interactive medical information service company, has named Steven K. Budd as Chief Executive Officer. The announcement was made today by IMC's Board of Directors and takes effect immediately. Based in IMC's Edison, New Jersey office, Mr. Budd replaces former IMC CEO Thomas Patton who will remain with the company as Chairman of the Board.
