The doom mongers in the customer relationship market were wrong. New research shows a healthy sector which is set to double in value by 2012
Not that long ago, commentators were predicting the demise of CRM, as brand owners baulked at the huge cost of installing systems which all too often lay unused. But, according to a report by Datamonitor, the market is set to double in value by 2012, as smaller firms adopt new systems.
