SEOUL, Nov. 6 Asia Pulse - The state-run Korea Development Bank (KDB) said Tuesday that it and 11 other banks will provide a syndicated loan of US$3.9 billion to Doosan Infracore Co. (KSE:042670) to finance the company's takeover of three units of U.S.-based Ingersoll Rand Co.
In July, Doosan Infracore, South Korea's construction equipment maker, agreed to buy Ingersoll-Rand's Bobcat and other two units for $4.9 billion, the biggest-ever overseas acquisition by a South Korean company.
