Dairy Farmers of Britain is kicking off a bid to increase consumption of soft cheese with the launch of a new product made at its Lubborn Creamery.
Called Somerset Rustic, the cheese is made with milk from local Jersey and Guernsey herds. It is a surface-ripened cheese with a stronger flavour than Lubborn's Brie and Camembert.
