BUDAPEST. NOVEMBER 6. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - The Romanian State Asset Resolution Authority (AVAS) is to sign a EUR 120 mln privatization agreement on Tuesday with Saudi construction company Al Arrab over the sale of Electroputere Craiova, a high-voltage electrical engineering equipment manufacturer for the energy industry, Romanian news site ziare.com reported Tuesday.
According to the agreement, the Saudi company will pay EUR 2.3 mln for 68% of Electroputere, while also raising the company's capital by EUR 37 mln and assuming the Romanian company's EUR 61 mln ...
