Joann.com Web Site Re-launches
HUDSON, Ohio -- Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, the leading national fabric and craft retailer, has acquired full ownership of the web site Joann.com from IdeaForest.com, Inc., effective November 5, 2007. With the completion of this merger agreement, Jo-Ann acquires the 62% of IdeaForest that it did not previously own. The new entity, Joann.com, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jo-Ann Stores, Inc.
