LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Billy Gillispie doesn't buy the notion that just because his players have the word Kentucky across their jerseys that they will automatically win games when matched up against schools without the same basketball pedigree.
The University of Kentucky's new head coach points to a reduction in the maximum amount of scholarships each school can have (13) as a reason there are no easy games anymore because there are talented players at even the most obscure schools.
