It almost was like old times for Ron Dayne on Sunday. Almost.
Dayne rushed for 122 yards - only his fourth career NFL 100-yard rushing game - for the Houston Texans in their 24-17 victory over the Oakland Raiders.
"Not really, but close to it," Dayne said of being like old times. "In college, that was a bad day for me."
Dayne might have been motivated by having his No. 33 officially retired by the University of Wisconsin during halftime of this Saturday's game against Michigan. More likely, it was the Raiders' lousy run defense.
